The brake (1) has a transmission system (90) including an end with a screw (92) in a mechanical chamber (81). A clamping connection is opened prior to actuation of a parking brake by opposite screwing of a nut to release an amplifying piston (91), so that the piston adds hydraulic push to a brake piston (20) for clamping a brake disk (2) in a parking brake mode. The nut is applied against a bottom (15) of the mechanical chamber at a mechanically pressurized end to lock the transmission system and the brake piston before reducing hydraulic pressure.
