The device has loudspeakers i.e. interior loudspeakers (17, 18), reproducing medium and treble frequencies of approximately above 150 Hz and located at a seat (7) i.e. front seat, of a vehicle. Loudspeakers i.e. exterior loudspeakers (19, 20), located at a periphery of passenger compartment are connected to fascia. The exterior loudspeakers reproduce a band of medium and treble frequencies of approximately above 1000 Hertz. Level of the interior loudspeakers is servo-controlled with respect to levels between channels, so that the levels remain unchanged in isobar mode.
