The equipment has an attachment device (2) to attach a frame (1) with a motor vehicle (3) such as tractor. The frame successively comprises, from its front toward its rear, a seeder (4), a spraying unit (5), opening units (6), an unwinding and placement unit (7), wheels (8), closing units (9) and another spraying unit (10). The unwinding and placement unit unwinds and places a rolled plastic mulching film on the ground by covering two furrows opened by the opening units, and comprises a limiting unit to limit tension applied to the plastic film, regardless of forward speed of the vehicle. The wheels place edges of the film into the furrows, and the closing units close the furrows.
