The vehicle has a piston (1) providing upward movement and downward movement (33) and propelling a propulsion mechanism (34) of the vehicle, where the direction and propulsion are carried out by the strength of arms with hands while drawing and pushing on the piston. Edges of the piston are slid into a steering cylinder (2), where the shape of the piston is same as that of the steering cylinder. The steering cylinder is fixed in a fixed part (4). A crankshaft (7) includes a trajectory, where two identical disks (9, 10) are fixed on an output shaft (8) of the crankshaft.
