The assembly has base bodies (1) provided at longitudinal ends (11, 12) opposite to a complementary hinging unit. A tubular element (35) is inserted in slots of plate elements from the longitudinal ends of the base bodies such that the plate elements and the tubular element form a hinge connection between the base bodies. A limiting device (4) of the hinge connection includes a mass element provided with an opening to fix the mass element around the tubular element such that the limiting device is fitted around the tubular member, and limits a movement between the base bodies. The mass element includes a steel body covered with a compressible material coating.
