The unit (BO) has a case (BB) including a conical revolution mirror (M2) that is installed in a continuity zone of another conical revolution mirror (M1). A first focal point (F3) and a second focus point (F4) are coincident with a third focus point (F2). A source (S2) delivers infra-red photons belonging to an infra-red spectrum on the first focal point such that the photons are reflected by the former conical revolution mirror and passed to the second focal point to return the photons toward an infinity through a convergent lens (L).
