The sensor has an array of pixels (1-10) individually sensitive to colors of combination of red, blue and green colors according to broad spectra of sensitivity overlapped to cover a visible spectrum assembly. A dedicated pixel is sensitive to a characteristic wavelength of illuminant to be identified according to a narrow range of sensitivity. A group of dedicated pixels is sensitive to distinct characteristic wavelengths of reference illuminants. The pixels are arranged in rows or columns in edge of the matrix, where the pixels of the matrix are organized according to a Bayer pattern. An independent claim is also included for a system to correct a colorimetry of image captured by matrix of pixels and to compensate signal of each pixel.
