The hubcap (4) has a body including an external surface provided to embellish a body element and an interior face comprising fixing units e.g. support (16) and fixation clip (18). The body includes, on the interior face, an abutment support (12) provided to contact with the element. The abutment support is distinct from the fixing units. The abutment support includes an open cylindrical element directed toward the body element and adapted to receive a stopper (20) made of flexible material i.e. elastomer. The body is elongated along a longitudinal direction and/or includes a chromium coating.
