The system has a connection part (1) including opposite ends and comprising a vehicle locking unit at one of the ends, and a mast removable fixing unit at another end. A display veil i.e. extended flat element, is flexible and resistant to bad weather, and comprises a display internally. A mast and a pole are dismountable distinct elements, and the veil is detachable from the pole and the mast to transport the mast and the pole in a separate manner, where the veil is in folded up position when the veil, the pole and the mast are not in a display position.
