The lamp has an annular cathode (3) surrounding a tubular part (2b) of an anode. A lamp body (1) includes a cavity intended to receive a removable sleeve (2a) of the anode. The sleeve includes three openings (21-23) to connect an internal cavity (6) with three intermediate cavities (11-13), respectively. The lamp body includes three coupling junctions (31-33) to connect three fluidic connection units (17-19) and the three intermediate cavities so as to allow gas arrival in the internal cavity, pumping of the internal cavity and measurement of pressure in the internal cavity, respectively.
