The device has a flat rigid structure (1) grooved on entire transverse circumference to insert an elastic belt (2) and wind the belt around the structure. Excavation is performed in width and at an end of the groove from bottom of the structure for fixing an end of the belt. The rigid structure is pierced vertically in entire thickness at the center of the undisbursed grooved part that forms housing for a rivet. Elasticity of the belt allows orientation of part i.e. cuff bracelet (12), on a display base (S) and insertion of parts to thicknesses of sections varying from 0.5 to 15 mm thickness.
