The device (1) has an adhesive knitting structure (4) comprising a front face (5) that is in contact with a sliding support surface (2) slipping and a rear face (6) opposed to the former face in contact with a mobile unit (3). The structure includes a yarn forming a set of blocked meshes. An elastic maintaining unit (7) i.e. elastic ring, is associated with the structure to maintain the device on a portion of the mobile unit to allow the portion to contact with the bearing surface, where the structure adopts a flat shape of a sole of shoe. An independent claim is also included for a device for manufacturing a knitting device.
