The set has an electric generator for producing electricity that is supplied to an electric motor. The motor is connected to a converter that is connected to a bank of batteries to rotate the generator, where quantity of total electricity produced by the generator is greater than quantity of electricity required for operating the motor. Cog wheels operate as a speed reducer and a torque force multiplier of the motor. The batteries provide electricity for initial starting of the motor. A voltage regulator regulates input of current into the converter and/or into a control board.
