The vehicle has a frame constituted by an arm (1) with a front portion (2) supporting a handlebar assembly (3), forks (4) and a front wheel (5), and a rear portion (6) supporting a saddle (7) and a rear wheel (8). The two portions are connected together by a hinge for folding the two portions of the arm. An articulation comprises a ball joint for pivoting a predetermined angle between the portions along an axis and for pivoting one of the portions of the arm with respect to the other portion along another axis, which is perpendicular to the former axis in a storage position.
