The improvement filter in the sense of the invention is defined by a combination of polynomials whose coefficients are functions at least of the frequency parameters LSF and / or ISF, and: damping factors (gamma) associated with respective roots of these polynomials (200), ISF - the improvement filter (A (Z)) is calculated at least according to said frequency parameters LSF and / or ISF and said damping factors (210).
