The component has an upper part, a lower part, vertical shift part and a horizontal shift part, where the structural component is obtained by molding or assembly of two shifted aerated blocks. A set of interior cavities of the structural component is of same dimensions, where the set of interior cavities are provided with a rigid or semi-rigid insulator that is precut in a factory. A set of bricks is arranged in form of right-angled parallelepipeds. A set of upper faces and a set of lower faces are arranged in the component.
