The wedge is arranged on an end of the fixing belt. The deformable element is fixed on a structure (5). The deformable element comprises a slit, where width of the slit is less than maximum width of the wedge, which penetrates into the slit during traction on the belt. The deformable element includes a tube that is provided with another slit. The tube is made of metal such as aluminum or copper material.
