The element has individual electrochemical cells (129) comprising two opposite ends (1291, 1292). The individual electrochemical cells are mechanically and electrically connected inside a single piece closed container. The cells are fixed to a turntable by the opposite ends according to an arrangement to maintain the turntable around each cell with respect to sufficient air thickness (E129). Ventilation openings (1211, 1212) allow air circulation (R12) through the cells.
