The roof (10) has a cross-piece (11a) made of pressed sheet metal and fixed on an interior face of the roof by spot welding, where the cross-piece provides end to end connection between two roof parts (10a, 10b) on both sides of the roof. The cross-piece presents an approximately U-shaped cross-section, where an end of one of two wings of the U-shaped cross-section is connected by a fold (12) to a sheet wall common with a wall of one of the roof parts of the roof, and the roof parts have different lengths.
