The method involves receiving a recording request of a terminal (2) including generic identification data of the terminal, and obtaining specific recording data of the terminal associated with multi-media core networks (CN1-CN3) of user agents (UA1-UA3) that are dynamically allocated to the terminal to allow communication of a user with the core networks. The recording request is recorded during which each user agent sends a bound request to each core network, where the recording request contains contact addresses of the user agents.
