The plate (1) comprises a flat front face, an intended housing (L), a unit for parallelly stacking the plate with another plate, where intended faces of the plates are oriented in a same direction, and the stacking unit ensures the maintenance of a first height of free space between the two flat faces of the two plates, and a unit for stacking head digs for stacking the plate with the other plate, where the intended faces are oriented in opposed directions. The unit for stacking head digs ensures a negligible height between the two flat faces when the stacking is against the flat face. The plate (1) comprises a flat front face, an intended housing (L) to receive products, a unit for parallelly stacking the plate with another plate, where intended faces of the plates are oriented in a same direction, and the stacking unit ensures the maintenance of a first height of free space between the two flat faces of the two plates, and a unit for stacking head digs for stacking the plate with the other plate, where the intended faces are oriented in opposed directions. The unit for stacking head digs ensures a negligible height between the two flat faces when the stacking of the head-digs is against the flat face and ensures a second height of free space between the two flat faces when the stacking of the head-digs is against the intended face. The units for parallel stacking and/or head-digs include supporting units in a position to block a side shift of the plate to be piled up, and have a symmetry compatible with the positioning of the plate compared to the other plate at 0-180[deg] . The plate formed of a sheet (10) is pressed or folded along edges parallel to that of the other plate. The plate further includes two reinforcement bars (11a, 11b) extending in ends from the housing and connecting borders of the housing at the ends. The unit for parallel stacking includes the bars contacting one another and forms a support along the plates in ends of the housing when the two plates are piled up in parallel. The unit for stacking head-digs includes centering pins and centering openings that are provided to cooperate with centering openings and centering pins of the plate, respectively when the stacking of the head-digs is against the intended face. The centering pins and the centering openings are positioned in a symmetrical way compared to a diagonal of the plate. The unit of parallel stacking includes fixing lugs in translation and in a lateral projection, and protrudes from the flat face in two corners opposite the plate. The lugs are placed at a front and a back of the plate to prevent the slip of an edge along a lower edge of the plate, and arranged at same angles of the opposite corners of the plate. The unit of parallel stacking comprises the two fixing lugs carried by the bars in the lateral projection with respect to the bars and two arches in lateral projection, where the lugs and the arches cooperate with arches and lugs of the other plate during the stacking of the head-digs when the stacking of the head-digs is against the plane face. The lugs and the arches are positioned in a symmetrical way compared to the diagonal of the plate. The plate is made of two profiles, where one profile corresponds to edges (R) of the indented face and the other profile corresponds to corridors of the indented face, where the edges and the corridors form the housing.
