The oven has a heating cell placed at an end of a conical container (1) and comprising superposed corners (2) fixed on terminal walls. Vapor discharge stations are connected with each other by sides. The corners divide a product into thin layers and allow reversal of the material under each corner. Heating elements i.e. resistors, are placed between the corners to ensure instantaneous extraction of moisture under each corner. The vapor is collected under each corner and discharged by a central duct. A regulation system automatically subjects exit temperature to a flow according to use.
