The device has a chute (3) placed at rear of a door (1) at level of filling opening, where the chute allows reception of waste bags. The chute is provided with half trapdoors (4) that are opened by connecting rods actuated by a cylinder (5) for evacuation of the waste bags in containers. The waste bags are introduced into the chute by a user, and flow of wastes is selected by pressing a button. The chute is provided with a volume detector (9) to detect presence of the bags in the chute. The detector is automatically controlled to actuate the cylinder to open the trap doors.
