The pump (1) has a suction head (3) placed at an end of the pump. A pump extension is approximately formed along a plane (11) of the pump that is adapted to accommodate an inflatable bladder (20) at a periphery. The bladder floats on a surface (35) of a liquid or pasty product (34). The plane is approximately aligned with the surface of the product. A fixing device of the suction head is provided in the plane such that an extension axis (2) of the pump intersects the plane, so that the suction head is immersed under the surface of the product. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a liquid or pasty product transfer device (2) a system with a container for a liquid or pasty product.
