The device comprises a pipe (T), a circular central hollow core (N), and helix (H) that is helically wound and welded around the central core. The two ends of the core are welded to an interior of the pipe. A spacing, a thickness and a slope of the helix are constant for same diameter. The welding between the helix and the core are continuous or alternate as same as the weldings of ends. The overall length of the helix is equivalent to that of the core. A liquid inside the core is composed of chemical elements and specific minerals. The central core is sealed by a rivet type shutter (O).
