The horn has a frame (1) including a rechargeable electric battery (2) that supplies electric energy to an electric motor for driving a mini air-compressor (6) for filling a tank (8) provided with a pressure gauge (10), and for actuating a high power acoustic sound tube (9) by a call button (7). The pressure gauge is equipped with contacts of startup and automatic stop of the electrical motor of the mini air-compressor. A relay device is provided with a solenoid valve that is actuated by a remote control for operating the call button.
