Composition in the form of water-in-oil emulsion comprises an aqueous phase dispersed in a fatty phase, surfactants, and fatty-chain silanes and/or their oligomers. Composition in the form of water-in-oil emulsion comprises an aqueous phase dispersed in a fatty phase, surfactants, and fatty-chain silanes having a structure of formula (R1Si(OR2) z(R3) x(OH) y) (I) and/or their oligomers. R1 : 7-8C linear or branched alkyl or alkenyl; R2, R3 : 1-6C linear or branched alkyl; and either y, z : 0-3; or x : 0-2; or z+x+y : 3.
