The plate has an outer rigid plate (1) made of transparent plastic material and comprising an inner face covered with an adhesive transfer film (2). A band (3) made of retro-reflecting material is affixed to the film, and includes identification and registration elements supported on a bottom/decoration band (4) that has a size equal to those of the rigid plate. The band is provided with peripheral edge defining a projection directed toward the face. The bottom/decoration band functions as a self-centering jig of the band formed in a reflecting material during realization of the plate.
