The structure has two vertical profiles (1) attached vertically to a foundation (2) and horizontally with a horizontal cross-piece (3a) of a pylon (3). The vertical profiles are mounted in one or more planes parallel to a face of the pylon facing the geographical South, where the structure is fixed on the ground (6), so as to transmit the vertical efforts of the structure and the photovoltaic panel to the foundation of the pylon. Spacers are provided for rectilinear assembly of solar panels (4) on edges of planes of the vertical profiles.
