The device has a bracelet i.e. wristwatch (BD) including an integrated wave emitter (E) and a pulse sensitive sensor, where the wristwatch cooperates with an ambulatory mobile phone (RT). The pulse sensitive sensor is placed in close contact with an inner surface of the wrist of a user for sensing the pulse of the user, and for transmitting information about the sensed pulse to the emitter, so that the emitter emits a continuous signal (SC) if the user is active or an intermittent signal (SI) if the user is inactive.
