PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a possibility that a user, who has requested notice-of-arrival, accesses a page of a commodity not in stock.SOLUTION: A notice-of-arrival demand accepting part 84 of a stockout information system accepts a notice-of-arrival request of a commodity by a user. A notice-of-arrival part 86 notifies an arrival to the user, whose notice-of-arrival request is accepted, when the commodity arrives. A stockout informing part 90 notifies a stockout to the user, whose notice-of-arrival request is accepted, when the commodity runs out after the notification of the arrival.
