PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control service levels according to an actual use amount of a service.;SOLUTION: A server device including a cloud computing service function and performing management of free use of a service comprises control means and use amount calculation means. The use amount calculation means calculates a use amount of the service by a user under a first use condition. The control means adds restriction on use of the service under the first use condition on the basis of a relationship between the use amount and a setting value. For example, the use amount calculation means calculates the use amount that the user has run software and used it free of charge. The control means including a function of a cloud operating system compares the calculated use amount with the setting value, and imposes use restriction on the free use when the use amount exceeds the setting value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
