PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of feeling discomfort such as front turning-over of a skirt when a female rides in the skirt, when a lower leg is wetted though riding by spreading an umbrella in rainy weather or it is cold since wind directly blows upon the lower leg in a winter, when using a bicycle.;SOLUTION: When requiring to install a body 1 on a handle of the bicycle by a handle fixture 2, a screen 4 is pulled out, and an auxiliary tool 5 with a hook is fixed to a fastener 6 installed on a front wheel shaft, to thereby provide the effect in a rain shelter, the stain prevention, a windshield of the lower leg and being ridable without caring about front turning-over when the female rides in the skirt.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
