PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a BIOS restoration control device for, even when a failure that a control object is not able to operate due to occurrence of a BIOS, quickly detecting the failure, and changing the setting of the BIOS to achieve restoration from the failure.SOLUTION: A BIOS restoration control device 1 includes: restoration means for, when information indicating timeout in a WDT is included in the SEL of a control object, and state information is included in a state information storage region 6, determining that a failure that a control object is not able to operate has occurred, and for changing the setting information of the BIOS to achieve restoration from the failure; and change history storage means for generating change history information 103 on the basis of the first and second setting information when the change instruction of the BIOS is present.
