VIBRATION CONTROL STRUCTURE FOR LARGE-SPAN FRAME BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control structure for a large-span frame building that securely exhibits absorption and attenuation effects on vibration energy while improving economical efficiency and workability so as to suitably secure habitability in, for example, a living room.;SOLUTION: There is provided a vibration control structure B for a large-span frame building constructed to have a plurality of stories. The vibration control structure includes: a brace material 4 provided obliquely while having a lower end connected to an end side of a beam member 1 or floor member 2 forming one story; and a rotary inertia mass damper 6 and a spring member 7 arranged in series as an additional vibration system 8 between an upper end of the brace material 4 and another story right above the one story so as to connect the brace material 4 to a beam member 1 or floor member 2 of the another story, cycles of the additional vibration system 8 being synchronized with cycles of the beam member 1 or floor member 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
