PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wiring penetration part structure of a reactor containment vessel capable of: securing sealability of electric wiring penetration parts during a station blackout accident; and transmitting information necessary for monitoring during the station blackout accident to the outside of the reactor containment vessel.SOLUTION: An electric wiring penetration part structure 14 provided by penetrating a reactor containment vessel comprises a sleeve 15 penetrating a shell 4 and a plurality of electric wiring penetration parts penetrating a header 22 provided at the end of the sleeve 15. These electric wiring penetration parts include one electric wiring penetration part 17 and six electric wiring penetration parts 21. The electric wiring penetration part 17 internally places a glass insulation sealer through which a plurality of cables 20 having stainless-steel covering materials penetrate. A cooler 23 is provided facing the outer surface of each of the electric wiring penetration parts 21 outside the reactor containment vessel. The electric wiring penetration parts 21 are cooled by the cooler 23 during a station blackout accident.
