PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a message associated with a reason for introduction, when a new apparatus is introduced in a network.SOLUTION: An event analysis server 200 which is communicably connected to a local area network 4 group tabulates event history of an apparatus having a function shared with a newly introduced electrical appliance 50, when the electrical appliance 50 is newly introduced in a plurality of local area networks 4, and extracts a message associated with a reason why the apparatus is introduced by specifying an event which has been the most frequently generated.
