PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical screw, after bone adhesion or during replacement, being easily removed from the bone into which the medical screw is advanced.;SOLUTION: A medical screw 11 includes: a screw thread part 11b on an outside surface of a distal end thereof; and, on a rear end part 11d side thereof, a reverse inner thread part which is cut in a thread direction reverse to that of the screw thread part 11b. A reverse outer thread part which is cut into a distal end part of a removal jig 17 is threaded into the reverse inner screw part through rotation in the direction reverse to the thread direction of the screw thread part 11b, so that the screw 11 and the removal jig 17 are unified. Further, the removal jig 17 is rotated in the direction reverse to the direction of advance of the screw 11, so that the screw thread part 11b of the screw 11 is removed from a bone fracture region D.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
