PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of water-soluble coolant obtained by diluting water-soluble cutting fluid by alkaline electrolytic water in a simple configuration.;SOLUTION: A water-soluble coolant manufacturing apparatus 1 is configured of a water softener 2, a water purification filter 3, a strong alkaline electrolytic water tank 4, a water-soluble cutting fluid tank 5, and dilution mechanisms 6a, 6b, and a machine which makes alkaline electrolytic water is eliminated from the water-soluble coolant manufacturing apparatus. By a first dilution mechanism provided for a flow path from the water softener to the strong alkaline electrolytic water tank, pure water is added to strong alkaline electrolytic water housed in the strong alkaline electrolytic water tank to dilute strong alkaline electrolytic water. Then, by a second dilution mechanism provided for a flow path from the strong alkaline electrolytic water tank to the water-soluble cutting fluid tank, diluted strong alkaline electrolytic water is added to water-soluble cutting fluid housed in the water-soluble cutting fluid tank to dilute water-soluble cutting fluid, and water-soluble coolant obtained by diluting alkaline electrolytic water is manufactured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
