GEAR-CUTTING PROCESSING METHOD AND DEVICE OF BEVEL GEAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve gear cutting of a spiral bevel gear using a general-purpose machining center.;SOLUTION: A machining center 30a as gear-cutting processing devices has a work spindle 34 which is movable in the X-axis direction and rotates around a center line O3 of rotation and a tool shaft 37 which is movable in the Y-axis and the Z-axis directions. Under a positional relationship of the central line O1 of a tool and the central line O2 of a work piece at the time of gear cutting, the processing position of a tool control point relative to a work piece control point is calculated, a corrected processing position is calculated when the central line O1 is changed to the Z-axis direction, and thus the central line O2 of the work spindle 34 is changed to the direction parallel to a rotating surface and the coordinate value of the three rectangular axes and the turning angle of the central line O2 are calculated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
