PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling base-isolation supporting device that uses a rigid elliptical rolling element having return properties and damping properties together with long-period properties.;SOLUTION: A base-isolated structure includes: an upper structure G; a lower structure; and a base-isolation supporting device S. In a normal condition, the upper structure G is supported by the lower structure through a planar abutting part H having a large area, and the base-isolation supporting device S including an internal pressure chamber J to which a pressurize fluid acts, the chamber J being incorporated with a rolling element 7, is made to give a force in the upward direction.
