PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter panel for a western-style toilet bowl installation capable of changing a simple flush temporary Japanese-style toilet into a western-style toilet according to necessity, and allowing the changing work to be easily performed.;SOLUTION: A western-style toilet bowl is installed on an adapter panel 8 and this is mounted on a floor panel 2. An opening 9 for the western-style toilet bowl, in which a dirt outlet of the western-style toilet bowl is arranged, is formed in the adapter panel 8, a protrusion 13 is formed on a bottom surface side thereof, and a movable claw 15 and a fixing claw 17 are installed in the front and rear of the protrusion 13 respectively. A water-tank-cum-deck of a temporary Japanese-style toilet and a Japanese-style toilet bowl are removed, the protrusion 13 of the adapter panel 8 on which the western-style toilet bowl is installed is fitted into an opening 7 for the Japanese-style toilet bowl of the floor panel 2, and the fixing claw 17 and the movable claw 15 are inserted under the floor panel 2.
