PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism that prevents a tile panel from immediately falling and scattering, even when a tile panel support structure is damaged.;SOLUTION: A wire rope 6 elongated in the state of being fitted to a joint 2t of a tile panel 2 is inserted in such a manner as to penetrate to a back side or a front side in a joint crossing part 2k.
