PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on a user for determining whether to use a result of language replacement.SOLUTION: A sentence subjected to language replacement is replaced from a language before replacement to a language after replacement by a replacement unit 12. A decomposition unit 13 decomposes the sentence before replacement into word units configuring the sentence. A matching processing unit 14 determines whether or not a keyword which matches the decomposed word is stored in a storage unit 20 which stores a keyword in association with utilization degree information showing the utilization degree of sentences including the keyword. When it is determined that the matching keyword exists by the matching processing, the utilization degree information corresponding to the keyword is acquired from the storage unit 20. The replacement result and the acquired utilization degree information are sent out to a terminal device and presented to a user, whereby a load on the user for determining whether to use the result of language replacement can be reduced.
