PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose a human body detection apparatus in lightweight, flexible bedding and make it possible to detect the positions of a human body in both width and length directions of the bedding.;SOLUTION: If a capacitance Cny between the power source side wire Hnya and the ground side wire composing a parallel two-wire line of laterally extending three parallel two-wire lines Hny (n=1 to 3) exhibits a variation ΔCny of a larger value compared with the basic capacitance Cnyo which is a capacitance with no human body resting, it is understood that a human body 101 is resting on the power source side wire Hnya.
