PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate correction coefficients of necessary and sufficient accuracy, while minimizing the impact on the production tact time.SOLUTION: Thermal expansion variation of the drive shafts 8, 14 of a head unit 5 is obtained using the coordinate positions of some reference marks 40a-40c, when imaging and recognizing some of a plurality of reference marks 40a-40f put on the fixed parts 2a, 2b of a mounter body 1 in a state associated with the mounting work position P. Depending on the thermal expansion variation, correction coefficients K for correcting the target coordinate positions corresponding to the mounting work position P of a head unit 22 are calculated.
