PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater foreign matter removal device capable of preventing rolling-up of precipitated foreign matter, and capable of restraining turbulence of a flow state in a device in the vicinity of an outlet flow passage.;SOLUTION: The underwater foreign matter removal device comprises a water storage tank 2 having an upper part 2a formed in a conical shape of an external shape of expanding a diameter for proceeding downward from an upper end part, a water inflow port 1 provided on an inclined face of the upper part 2a of the water storage tank 2 and making water flow in from the tangential direction to a wall of the water storage tank 2, a water outflow port 6 penetratingly provided through an upper end surface of the upper part 2a of the water storage tank 2 and making the water in the water storage tank 2 flow out and a straightening body 3 provided in the water storage tank 2. The straightening body 3 is formed in a conical shape of an external shape parallel to the inclined face of the upper part 2a of the water storage tank 2 of expanding a diameter for proceeding downward from the water outflow port 6 in an upper part 3a, and is formed in a cylindrical shape in a lower part 3b, and the water of flowing in from the water inflow port 1, flows out of the water outflow port 6 by rising by entering the inside of the straightening body 3 after dropping down while turning between the water storage tank 2 and the straightening body 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
