PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate crime prevention performance of a building site by utilizing effective natural monitoring for preventing intrusion beforehand and quantitatively evaluating a degree of risk for the intrusion.;SOLUTION: A crime prevention performance evaluation method for a building site 300 using a computer comprises the steps of: constructing a three-dimensional model of a building 200 including the building site 300 around the building 200 on the computer; arranging a virtual light source compared to visual lines of a person in the three-dimensional model in which existence of unspecific persons is assumed; calculating a quantity of light reaching a virtual light receiving point of a grid 212 set in any space on the building site 300 from the virtual light source; and displaying intensity determined on the basis of the quantity of the light in a grid shape.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
