PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a reliable auto loan or auto lease in which an engine of a target vehicle is disabled to start when a 3G antenna, a GPS antenna, and the like provided in the target vehicle of the auto-loan or the auto-lease are removed or damaged.;SOLUTION: A start update controller 8 performs such control that an engine of a target vehicle cannot be started in a case that loan money or lease money is not settled. A multicore connector 54 of a signal output wire, an antenna 10 for transmission and reception, and a GPS antenna 11 connected to the start update controller 8 are connected with a removing sensor 40. When any of the multicore connector 54, the antenna 10 for transmission and reception, and the GPS antenna 11 is removed from the start update controller 8, the removing sensor 40 generates a relay switch open signal to be transmitted to a relay switch device 9 so that the engine is put into a lock state where the engine start-up is not possible.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
