PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reconstruct an image of superior image quality.SOLUTION: In a collection step S100, a scanner scans an analyte with X-ray so as to collect main data on the analyte. In an estimation step S110, an image is estimated on the basis of the data. In a projection step S120, the image is projected by using either a system optical model or a non-system optical model so as to generate reprojection data. In a back projection step S130, the image is subjected to back projected by using the system optical model so as to update the image on the basis of the reprojection data. The projection process S130 and the back projection process S140 are repeated.
